The Tranquility Essence

The Tranquility Essence enables you to be in acceptance of what is, & assists you to take a pause to feel grounded and safe, especially if you’re feeling highly adrenalised and reactive. This Essence offers you comfort and stillness and the ability to navigate stressful things more peacefully.
