This Essence gives you permission to choose and supports development of flexibility in determining the next right move rather than from perfectionism thinking. The Discernment Essence helps one have a sense of self forgiveness too, for past mistakes, and leads us away from ‘all or nothing positions’ to gently making resolutions that are right for us.
