The Self Love and Self Acceptance Essence is a helpful tool in the generation of feeling Good Enough. It helps you choose self validation and recognition over the views of others.
This essence was made on Spring Equinox in Frome Dissenters cemetery, March 2022. The essence is about being able to choose, to not be put in a box for your beliefs, or to have to conform to survive. It’s about choosing the self, whoever you are, whatever you believe or feel. It helps you drop deeply into yourself, giving you a true sense of who you are, in freedom. This essence is great for those feeling any conflict or confusion about who they are in life, whether that be in gender identity, relationship, or the ideals you want. The Self Love and Self Acceptance Essence enables you to accept the bits of yourself you like, and also those you do not like. It helps you come to a place of peace of who YOU are. It helps one speak words of love to others, and yourself, not having to try to be anything other than who you actually are. It’s restful. It’s taken 4 drops a.m and pm. Come as you are, and be loved, Bring yourself as you are, and be loved. I found when I took this Essence that I was much more gentle inwardly, and wish that for you too.

Having been lost in a relationship for many years with someone who had no intention of making any commitment or progression I decided to take the self love essence. After a few weeks I noticed I was more aware of the importance of giving myself self love and care. This in time was also a distraction from my relationship, and started making me realise I was stronger then I thought ,and the relationship I had been in was not beneficial to my wellbeing any more.
