Six weeks ago after a fabulous reading with Lucy, I started taking her Progress Essence. It does what it says on the label. All I can say is that I am in a much better place now after taking this than I was six weeks ago. It has done exactly what it set out to do. I have made some huge life changes: resigning from my job; giving notice on my rented property and allowing myself to plan a holiday abroad, before starting a new life elsewhere. Despite all this upcoming change I am not beating myself up and panicking over things I can’t control and am not concerned how others around me may judge me. I am choosing me, putting my needs first and it feels like I am being brave and it’s long overdue. The process has not been linear and the path is not always clear ( and is subject to change which I am okay with. ) I am learning to take each day as it comes and trust the process.
