This is an excellent Essence to take after an argument or if others have projected onto you, as it is highly protective. The Essence removes stuck or halfway places in yourself by working through lack of focus, and brings solidity. It also is a support at the endings of things or if you need to understand a situation, it helps let go of fantasy and accept reality. The Assimilation & Integration Essence raises shifts in understanding the lessons you’ve learnt, helping you recover yourself so you can move forward.

This Essence can be taken as part of a the Soul Healing Series of Letting Go, Hope, Assimilation & Integration and Rebirth & Resurrection. It is a 9 month process, like a gestation period and birth.
