The Hope Essence gives you peace, it helps you distance yourself from difficulties, offering separation from immediate concerns. In times of bleakness or despair, the Hope Essence helps you feel cared about & provides relief, protection and shelter emotionally and mentally. Hope can come from unlikely places in life, this Essence grounds you in a place of being able to deal with things. It raises the belief that you’re cared about and that you matter. The Hope Essence is good for feelings of loneliness; especially people who’ve been single but wanting to connect for a long time. This Essence supports feeling witnessed if you’ve had trauma, that you can recover and that you count in this world. Bringing resilience, the Hope Essence doesn’t remove all your problems but circulates a sense but that you are ok and things will BE ok.

This Essence can be taken as part of a the Soul Healing Series of Letting Go, Hope, Assimilation & Integration and Rebirth & Resurrection. It is a 9 month process, like a gestation period and birth. This series helps one move through a stage of life, and is like a series of Transformational steps.
