The Assimilation & Integration Essence opens you up to new possibilities, it feels like it scans your body for what’s out of alignment, looking for bits of the body that need bringing back home. The Essence gently helps you accept your losses, see where you are now and come to an acceptance of what is your truth. This Essence is unique in that it helps release other people’s projections out of your system, it makes you come back to Self. This is an excellent Essence to take after an argument or if others have projected onto you, as it is highly protective. The Essence removes stuck or halfway places in yourself by working through lack of focus, and brings solidity. It also is a support at the endings of things or if you need to understand a situation, it helps let go of fantasy and accept reality. The Assimilation & Integration Essence raises shifts in understanding the lessons you’ve learnt, helping you recover yourself so you can move forward.
