With the Discernment essence I was observing myself more, especially paying attention to my thought process. I would get stuck in a cycle of thinking and I would exhaust my self up as a result of it. This time rumination before taking a particular action was far LESS than usual. Thank you. What’s more, I don’t dwell on the decision. Definitely a positive outcome. 👍🏻

since I started taking the discernment essence a lot of things have obviously shifted in my life. I feel like some things no longer belong….my career path, some people I had in my life, including family. It’s like I’m less tolerant to pointless negativity, if that makes sense. I’ve always been there to help others and see the good in people, but now I recognize what’s good for me. Drama is something I really don’t want because it unsettles me.I’m just trying to step into things that suit me now, that gap between understanding my past and moving forward. Sometimes, in this comes the biggest clarity and I will just follow my heart in the way that feels happiest.

The discernment essence has surprised me because it brought a lot of truth about relationships that I was in to my attention. I could see that I wasn’t getting back what I had put in, or others that felt unsustainable. This was quite difficult to accept, but at the same time Self-worth has increased tenfold. I really do recommend this essence, because it helped me look after myself, and gave me the idea that I had the right to do that rather then put up with situations that didn’t make me feel good about myself or value me. If you really want to look at what situations or relationships are genuinely for you in your life, take the discernment essence!
