PAYMENT POLICY

All readings are offered via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime, Telegram, Signal, Messenger, or on the telephone for the UK. They are paid for on booking, which secures your appointment. Please see the Buy Services page. Readings are paid for via PayPal, or if you don’t use PayPal there is an option to pay via card through the same process.

 There is a 48 cancellation policy, which means that you will still be charged for your appointment if you cancel within this time period, whatever the reason.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. As other people will be booked after you it won’t be possible to go over your reading time if you are late unfortunately, so being punctual ensures you receive all of your time. This includes Skype / Messenger/ FaceTime readings.

If your reading is via Skype etc it is your responsibility to ensure that communications your end are working and able to receive contact via contact requests accepted etc.
